When you submit a project inquiry, DV Web Co receives the contact and business information you choose to provide, including the details of the project you are considering.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond to you, plan a possible project and maintain necessary business records. It is not used for unrelated marketing unless you separately select the optional request to receive DV Web Co news and updates.

Website information

Basic technical information may be processed by the hosting provider for security, reliability and aggregate service operation. At the time of this update, DV Web Co has not configured Google Analytics, advertising pixels, embedded-media trackers or other optional tracking scripts on this website.

Cookies and Analytics

DV Web Co may use essential browser storage and analytics technologies to operate the website, remember visitor preferences and understand general website usage. We do not use information submitted through project forms for unrelated marketing unless the visitor separately chooses to receive marketing communications.

Marketing technologies may be used in the future to measure advertising or provide more relevant marketing. They remain disabled unless they are actually configured and the visitor provides any required consent.

The Cookie Preferences link in the footer opens the current controls at any time. If optional analytics or marketing technology is configured later, it will remain off until the visitor makes the applicable choice.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, inquiry delivery and business communication. Those providers receive only the access necessary to perform their role.

Inquiry delivery and spam protection

When the online inquiry form is available, DV Web Co uses Resend to deliver your submitted details to David’s Google-hosted business inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and technical signals to help prevent automated spam. Turnstile does not receive the contents of your inquiry fields. If these services are unavailable, you can contact David by email or phone.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal and business obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask DV Web Co to correct or delete information you have submitted, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
